Agentic OOH Platform

Digital screens on cars,
parked curb to curb
where billboards can't go

Quantum OOH places dual-sided digital screens on gig economy cars parked at the highest-traffic locations in any city — reaching audiences in areas where traditional billboards do not exist. Autonomous vehicles and agentic media buying are here now.

The Digital Topper Turret

One Topper. Two sides.
Parked where billboards do not exist.

Our patented Digital Topper Screens mounted on parked vehicles at the highest-traffic locations in any city. A single unit with screens on both sides — Ingress and Egress facing — the Topper sits on a motorized turret that rotates toward oncoming traffic. Both screens faces cover opposite directions simultaneously, so every approaching driver, pedestrian, and cyclist sees your brand.

Geo-Fencing

Leverages daily geofenced driver data to provide agentic media buyers with predictive analytics, deploying targeted out-of-home advertisements in the immediate proximity of the highest-traffic retail, QSR, and big box store locations.

Dual-sided screens

Screen A faces one direction of traffic. Screen B faces the opposite. Parked at any intersection, both faces are live at the same time — capturing drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists from both sides.

First Party Data

Captures high-value first-party data by utilizing camera edge intelligence built into our digital topper systems to accurately count vehicular, pedestrian, and cyclist traffic passing our screens in real time.

  • ×Fixed location — can’t follow the audience
  • ×Zoned out of the densest areas

The Quantum Roadmap

Where we are today —
and where we're headed

We launched with a simple but powerful idea: park dual-sided digital screens on gig economy cars at the most valuable locations in South Los Angeles. Here's what comes next.

Phase 1 — Live now
Digital Toppers on gig parker cars

Dual-sided digital screens mounted on gig economy cars, parked at high-traffic locations and storefronts. Traditional and programmatic ad buying — you book, we place, audiences see your brand where billboards can't reach.

Phase 2 — Current Testing
Agentic media buying

AI automatically plans, books, and optimizes your OOH campaign in real time — selecting the best zones, dayparts, and placements based on live audience data and proximity. No manual buying required.

Phase 3 — Future
Autonomous vehicle fleet

Self-driving vehicles replace Gig Parkers entirely. AVs carry Quantum Toppers, navigate to targeted zones, park at optimal high traffic positions, and reposition 24/7 — no driver required, lowest possible cost per impression. Able to deploy 18 hours per day.

Phase 4 — The vision
Fully autonomous OOH network

AI Agents buys the media, an autonomous vehicle delivers the screen, and real-time data optimizes every placement — a complete OOH network that runs itself end to end.
