Quantum OOH operates digital out-of-home advertising screens. Campaign measurement and audience reporting for those screens is based on aggregated and de-identified data such as vehicle location, dwell time, and estimated impression counts. We do not use this data to identify individual passers-by, and we do not attempt to link it to a named person.
